A message is when you chat with the video using Zeusta. Every time you send something, it counts as one message.
With annual plans, your messages don’t reset each month. Instead, you get your full yearly message limit upfront, and you can use it anytime throughout the year.
For example, if you're on the Starter Annual Plan with 4,800 messages, you can use those messages however you like during the year; there’s no monthly restrictions/limits or reset. This gives you more flexibility compared to monthly plans.
If you're on the free plan, you can upgrade to get more messages each month or year. If you're on a paid plan, we’re testing message add-ons with a few beta users. You’ll be able to buy extra packs of 100 messages once we roll it out to everyone. You can always contact us to add you to the beta group.

Yes, your payment security is a top priority. We use Stripe, a trusted leader in payment processing, to handle all transactions. Stripe follows the highest security standards, and we never store your card or payment details ourselves. This keeps your data safe and protected at all times.
Yes, you can manage your subscription at any time directly on Stripe. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades or cancellations apply at the end of your current billing period. Everything is self-served via Stripe—use this link to manage your account.

For monthly plans, we don’t offer refunds, but you can cancel anytime with no extra fees. After canceling, you’ll still have access to your remaining messages until the end of the billing period.
